The location was good for me because it's close to where i need to go. Last time i stayed i gave them a good review. Imagine the whole room had one electric plug.

Good location, close to metro. No issues accessing the building/apartment.
While clean, apartment was tired looking. Not enough coffee/tea for the duration of the stay. Worst pillows ever.

Nice and spacious but no staff
It was quite spacious. Nice hot shower. Clean. Warm space. Metro around the corner.
It was scary as we were unable to get in as we were sent the wrong pin. After an hour luckily another lady had to check in and she got in. Without her we would have not been able to get in the check in box either. We were unable to call anybody. No phone number was working. No staff to tell you where the room is. Very confusing . Only through luck we got in from the freezing cold. There was no staff at all for any info.
